Clean-Fill

Clean fill refers to natural materials such as dirt, soil, sand, gravel, stone, and small amounts of concrete that are free of any contaminants or mixed debris. To qualify as clean fill, the load must contain only these materials and absolutely no other debris such as wood, trash, metal, plastic, drywall, roots, or construction waste. Because clean fill is disposed of differently than regular waste, the dumpster must remain 100% clean fill only to avoid additional fees or rejected loads.

Yard Debris

Yard debris dumpsters are designed specifically for natural outdoor materials such as branches, brush, leaves, grass clippings, and small limbs from landscaping or yard cleanups. These dumpsters are offered at a flat-rate price, but they must contain yard debris only. No household trash, construction debris, dirt, concrete, or clean fill materials are allowed in these dumpsters. Mixing other materials will result in additional disposal fees or the load being rejected, so it’s important to keep yard debris dumpsters strictly for natural yard waste.
